Cryotherapy – 3× daily.
Get the knee straight ASAP.

No running.
Walk, exercise bike, closed-chain & double-leg work (squat, deadlift, leg press).
13–26 weeks Full weight bearing Nil Nil Full N/A Run after 16 weeks; twisting sport. Single-leg & open-chain work.
Speed walking to running.
Swimming.
Progressive strengthening with load.
After 26 weeks Full weight bearing Nil Nil Full N/A Plyometrics; sport-specific training.
Return to sport when cleared by physiotherapist and Mr Aujla.
